　　Simon Cripps, Owner & MD of the food ingredients business TCI International Ltd in product categories including Dehydrated Onion & Garlic, Chilli & Paprika, Spice Oleoresins & Mediterranean Herbs. Over 20 years experience in the food ingredients sector. Currently Chairman of the Seasoning Spice Association (SSA), VP of the European Spice Association (ESA) & Director of the Food & Drink Federation (FDF).

　　刘继华，西农校友，百佳公司的发起人和董事长，百佳公司在调味品特别是农产品的脱水方面在全球排名第二，公司产品有48%的来自于全球其他的国家，52%来自于中国，在中国的山东、甘肃、在美国芝加哥、加州、在英国伦敦和其他国家分别有工厂和销售公司。
