　　报告人简介：

　　Dwight D. Bowman 教授是美国康奈尔大学兽医学院微生物学与免疫学系的教授，现为美国兽医寄生虫学家协会（American Association of Veterinary Parasitologists）的主席。长期致力于兽医寄生虫学的教学与科研工作。研究方向主要有：soil transmitted parasites、parasites of wildlife、visceral larva migrans、host response to soil transmitted pathogens、detection of soil transmitted parasites等。出版的著作主要有：《Georgis Parasitology for Veterinarians》、《Feline Clinical Parasitology》等。
